OVRHA Members,
I hope this finds everyone well and preparing for the upcoming Holiday’s.
OVRHA had a very successful 2012 year thanks to all of you for attending and showing at our shows.
I especially want to thank the Officers and entire board for the work you did in planning all the activities and fundraisers.
Our shows would not be possible without the help of all our volunteers and sponsors.
The Tradition was featured on 2 Episodes of Insidereining.com Some great video and Interviews with OVRHA members
It is worth your time to watch and hopefully OVRHA will be featured again on the show in 2013
The OVRHA board has voted on the 2013 show schedule. The board voted to move the April show to the Champions Center at Springfield, OH
The OVRHA Awards Banquet will also be held at the Champions Center during the April show.
Here is the 2013 Schedule:
March 14-17 – BGRS- Gordyville
April 6,7 _ Springfield, OH – Banquet will be Friday evening April 5th
May 4,5 – Jackson, OH
June 7,8 – Jackson, OH
July 6,7 – Jackson, OH
August 3,4 – Jackson, OH
September 5-8 – Springfield, OH – Tradition
September 21,22 – Jackson, OH
OVRHA will also host a Rookie day at Jackson on June 29th or July 13th
It is also time to elect officers and Board Members for 2013
We will be electing all Officer along with board members.
Officers are President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer
We will also elect 12 board members. Keep in mind in 2012 we had Co Vice Presidents and 11 board members.
If we keep Co- Vice Presidents we will elect 11 board members

You do not have to nominate current board members listed above as they are already on the ballot. Nominations are for new incoming board members or Officers.
If we receive enough nominations we will have an election in December. Paper Ballots will be mailed or you can vote by email.
