The late fee for the Gordyville Portion of the Bluegrass Reining Stakes Derby is being waived. The WLS portion of the Derby was not preentry. Weather forecast is looking clear, we hope to see everyone next week.
I think I speak for everyone that we are ready for spring! March starts OVRHA’s show year. Please take the time to read thru the March newsletter. We hope to see everyone in two weeks at the Bluegrass Reining Stakes in Gifford, IL or in 4 weeks in Springfield, Ohio.
We hope everyone is surviving the snowy, cold winter! Please take a few minutes to read over the February Newsletter. We have a great new fundraising opportunity from Nutrena. If you feed any Nutrena feed (horses, cow, dog, cats etc), they will donate between $.10 and $.50 per bag label we return to them. We will collect labels at the May and September show OR you can send the labels in yourself with the redemption form attached below.
Congrats to all. A lot of the championships were decided by a point or two or a couple dollars! 2014 year end awards will be based on the April, May, June, July, August, and September (Jackson) shows. Please make sure your owner and riders are OVRHA members prior to showing so that your money/point will count towards the year end awards.
Champions are in blue
Reserve champions are in red
Green represents riders and/or owners who were not members and therefore were not eligible for Champion or Reserve Champion.
The 2014 OVRHA Membership Form is now available on the “ABout Us” page. I am emailing a confirmation when memberships are received. Please remember to fill out the form completely including your NRHA number and Social Security number. I need the NRHA number for NRHA affiliate lists and Kathy Lopp needs the social security numbers for tax forms.
REMEMBER the rider AND owner must be members of OVRHA before any money or points count towards year end awards. – Jaime
